About the company
measurable.energy is a UK clean-tech company that builds AI-powered smart sockets and fused spurs. These devices automatically identify plugged-in appliances by their energy signature, track real-time electricity and carbon data, and cut plug-load energy waste by over 20% without human intervention
How Wildtribe helped measurable.energy take appliance-level energy waste into the construction conversation, generating 59 MQLs and increasing inbound leads by 22%.
measurable.energy helps commercial organisations identify, control and eliminate energy wasted by individual appliances through its smart socket and fused spur technology.
For the construction sector, there was a significant opportunity. Modular site accommodation relies heavily on electrical equipment, from heating and fridges to screens and drying rooms, yet the energy consumed by those appliances was often overlooked.
The challenge was one of awareness. measurable.energy had the technology and evidence, but needed to make the problem visible to the people who could act on it -and build a compelling commercial case for change.
Finding the right way into the conversation
Rather than beginning with the technology, we built the campaign around the energy problem experienced by the sector.
Different decision-makers also needed different reasons to care. HQ-level ESG and operations leaders had different priorities from sustainability champions working at regional and site level.
We developed segmented value propositions around those audiences and created an account-based campaign designed to move them from awareness of the issue towards consideration of measurable.energy's solution.
At its centre was The Plug Power Problem: Your Construction Site's Unseen Energy Drain, an educational webinar designed to turn an overlooked source of energy waste into a relevant commercial conversation.

Building credibility through education
The campaign combined tailored HubSpot email journeys with LinkedIn outreach, paid activity, social content and branded campaign assets, creating multiple routes into the conversation.
measurable.energy's customers were part of the story too. Real-world examples, including experience from Kier Group, helped demonstrate what appliance-level energy management could achieve in practice.
That gave audiences something more valuable than a product pitch: evidence, education and a clearer understanding of the potential impact on energy use, cost and safety.

Turning engagement into pipeline
The campaign generated 59 marketing-qualified leads, with 31 people attending the webinar live and a 55.9% attendance rate.
During the campaign window, inbound contact forms increased by 22.73%, while campaign emails achieved an average 14.4% click-through rate. Follow-up communications to webinar attendees achieved a 41.46% open rate and 17.07% click-through rate.
Engagement during and after the webinar also showed signs of genuine buyer intent, with attendees asking questions around ROI, safety and payback and a number of high-value prospects progressing into further conversations.
The campaign gave measurable.energy more than a successful activation. It created a repeatable approach for translating a technically complex proposition into an audience-led campaign capable of educating the market and generating commercial opportunities.
It demonstrates what happens when market insight, strategic communications and performance marketing work together: building understanding, earning trust and creating momentum for growth.
